• Assist in the management of clinical outsourcing projects to guarantee their completion on time and within budget constraints
• Direct interdisciplinary teams during the selection of vendors and oversee stakeholder relations
• Compile Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and assess proposals to compare costs
• Conduct negotiations on contracts oversee adjustments to the scope of services and track vendor performance
• Maintain adherence to industry norms across all sourcing operations
• Skilled in using Procurement ERP systems with proficiency in SAP considered an advantage
• Profound understanding of procurement processes and the capability to operate effectively in a fastmoving environment

• Successful completed academic studies in science or economics
• Excessive experience in procurement business process outsourcing or clinical management
• Experience within the Life Science industry
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical drug development processes or clinical researching
• Strong business mindset and communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Advantageous: Fluent in German
