As B2B Business Development Intern (f/m/x) you will gain first-hand insights into one of the most promising impact start-ups in Europe! Join us for 6 months on a part- or full-time basis (25 - 38.5 hours) either at our HQ in Vienna or remotely from anywhere within Austria. Develop your B2B, sales and business development skills in an international work atmosphere and learn next to Markus, our experienced founder and CEO.
In this role, you will:
Support our business growth by identifying and approaching B2B clients.
Further develop our communication and sales strategy with the support of the team.
Address previously identified target accounts and convince them to join inoqo as cooperation or impact partners based on email campaigns and outbound phone calls.
Once onboard, you will be handling communication and offering support to our clients.
Depending on your background and interests, individual tasks and areas of responsibility can be agreed upon.
You're a fit because:
You are towards the end of your graduate studies and have already gained some first working experience, ideally in business development, call center, marketing, or sales.
You can articulate well and communicate openly: be it on the phone, per mail, on social media, etc. both fluently in German and English.
You are excellent at writing sales emails in German.
You feel comfortable expressing ideas and presenting interesting concepts not only to team members but also to strangers.
You are persistent by nature, a good negotiator, and don t always take a no for a no .

We have budgeted 1.000 gross per month (x14) + bonus for this position, as well as a performance-based component.
