Reporting Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Reporting Manager to lead our Reporting team within the
Automobile industry. This strategic role will be responsible for overseeing a team of Reporting
Analysts driving the development and execution of pricing strategies monitoring market trends and
delivering actionable insights to support business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess
exceptional leadership skills a strong background in data analysis and a proven track record of
managing highperforming teams in a dynamic and competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Strategic Leadership and Planning:
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Pricing and Reporting team setting
clear objectives goals and performance expectations aligned with the organizations
overall strategy and objectives.
Develop and implement a comprehensive reporting and analytics roadmap outlining key
initiatives milestones and resource requirements to drive continuous improvement and
innovation in pricing strategies and reporting capabilities.

2.Team Management and Development:
Lead mentor and inspire a team of 3 to 5 Reporting Analysts fostering a culture of
collaboration innovation and excellence in data analysis and reporting.
Identify opportunities for skill development and professional growth provide ongoing
coaching and feedback and support career progression and advancement for team
members.

3.Data Analysis and Insights Generation:
Oversee the development and execution of advanced data analysis and reporting
initiatives leveraging SQL programming Power BI and other tools to extract transform
and analyse large datasets.
Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on comprehensive data
analysis market research and competitive intelligence to drive pricing optimization
revenue growth and market share expansion.

4.Market Monitoring and Competitive Analysis:
Lead the monitoring and analysis of market trends customer behaviour and competitive
landscape identifying emerging opportunities and threats and providing strategic
recommendations to senior management.
Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and analysis to assess pricing strategies
product positioning and market share dynamics informing pricing decisions and goto
market strategies.

5.Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
Serve as the primary liaison between the Pricing and Reporting team and senior
management key stakeholders and crossfunctional teams providing regular updates
presentations and recommendations on pricing performance market trends and
business opportunities.
Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration and alignment on reporting requirements data
definitions and analysis methodologies ensuring transparency accountability and
effective decisionmaking across the organization.
















Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Computer Science or
related field; Masters degree or MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a reporting or data analysis role with at least 6
years of experience in a leadership or management position.
Expertise in SQL programming data visualization and business intelligence tools with a
demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and
recommendations.
Proven track record of successfully managing and developing highperforming teams
fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire
others build strong relationships and drive results in a dynamic and fastpaced
environment.
Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics pricing strategies and
competitive intelligence coupled with a strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to convey
complex ideas and findings in a clear concise and compelling manner to diverse
audiences.
