The Job:

The Director of Corporate Accounting is a member of the finance and accounting team and reports to CFO with responsibility for oversight of all accounting and financial reporting functions.

WHAT YOULL DO:

• Maintain the Project Cost and CIP listings
• Maintain the Fixed Asset modules
• Maintain the Loan schedule
• Maintain the Schedule of Real Estate
• Review for accuracy the general ledger balance sheet reconciliations and financial statements. Prepare adjusting journal entries for review/approval.
• Work with auditors and respond to auditor inquiries for financial statements and for tax matters
• Assist the Accounting Team with other adhoc projects as needed
• Provide support on special projects assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 34 years of experience in a corporate accounting environment.
• Must have experience in reporting and US GAAP
