(GSCF) an affiliate of the Blackstone portfolio company is the worlds leading financial servicing provider in the Supply Chain Finance (SCF) sector with over 30 years of experience in structuring implementing and servicing receivables and payables based programs. GSCF offers innovative SCF solutions to leading banks nonbank investors large suppliers and their buyers worldwide through its inhouse developed platform.

Financial Operations Manager (100%)

Our multicultural and dynamic team is responsible for the diligent management of the assigned program/s including client servicing service delivery exceptions processing program monitoring and risk reporting.

Tasks

• Responsible for the daily tasks within the program
• Monitoring the program processes
• Train programs stakeholders on GSCFs services and systems
• Evaluate and issue change requests and review them with the client
• Ensure agreements (statement of works changes requests authorization matrix function & notification matrixes) are implemented and monitored
• Ensure all program relevant manuals and procedures are updated regularly
• Timely reporting/escalating of risks exceptions incidents opportunities to the superior
• User acceptance testing of the new features to be released to production
• Develop and maintain professional relationship with the business partners
• Participate in potential projects

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Banking & Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 35 years of experience in Operations roles within the supply chain finance trade finance or banking industry
• Fluent in English (written and oral); every additional language is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools especially in Excel
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence and understanding of product development are beneficial
• High degree of accuracy and efficiency under set deadlines in a dynamic work environment
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and external stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive process improvements
