Pattern Maker

Job Description:

As a Pattern Maker you will play a crucial role in the development and production of our products. You will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed patterns based on design specifications and technical requirements. Your expertise will ensure that our products are of the highest quality and meet the expectations of our customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pattern Maker in Apparel industry.
• Proficiency in computeraided design (CAD) software such as Adobe Illustrator Gerber Accumark or similar programs.
• Strong understanding of garment construction fit and pattern grading.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Good communication and problemsolving skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
• Knowledge of materials fabrics and manufacturing processes is a plus.
• A degree or certification in Fashion Design Pattern Making or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret design sketches and technical specifications to create pattern templates.
• Use computeraided design (CAD) software or traditional methods to develop patterns.
• Collaborate with designers sample makers and production teams to ensure pattern accuracy and feasibility.
• Make adjustments to patterns based on fit style and construction requirements.
• Conduct fittings and provide feedback to designers and sample makers.
• Maintain organized records of patterns and revisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends technologies and techniques related to pattern making.
• Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot patternrelated issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Adhere to deadlines and production schedules.
