What are my responsibilities?
- Lead overall Siemens Mobility site progress track progress and coordinate the project partners.
- Collect weekly, and monthly progress figures (actual quantities, dates, etc.) with other LOTs.
- Prepare, update, and share regular progress reports with dashboards with S-curves (weekly & monthly)
- Monitor project progress against an established baseline.
- Develop, maintain, and report an updated view of the project.
- Proactively drive communication with the project’s partners and other departments in the company to produce weekly & monthly updates.
- Compile the monthly site progress report as input for the overall monthly project progress report for the employer.
