Microsoft O365 Platform Admin role
Location: Ohio Columbus (Onsite role)
This is CTH role (Candidate has to join fulltime after 6 months and we need confirmation from candidate that will join fulltime after 6 months)

Role Microsoft O365 Platform Admin.
This role requires the individual to be competent in understanding Microsoft O365 email transport engine and standards for POP/IMAP/SMTP and play a role of exchange online admin who has assigned the responsibility to manage companys emails including recovery and mailbox standard sharing policies/standards.
Job Description:
- Strong Expertise in administering Microsoft 365 Exchange Onpremises Exchange Hybrid and Proofpoint.
- Experience and understanding of mail transport fundamentals (POP/IMAP/SMTP) including knowledge of DNS Message Trace Tools MX and SPF Records Block Lists SPAM Email Filtering and Virus Protection.
- Create detailed documentation based on the project requirements.
- Experience in working on Large M365 environment and able to handle all M365 workloads such as MS Teams SharePoint Exchange Online Azure AD etc.
- Experience in working on Azure AD Conditional access.
- Ability to work with vendors such as Microsoft/Proofpoint to resolve issues provide RCA improve product performance and end user experience.
- Experience in scripting using PowerShell for Microsoft 365 and Exchange Server.
- Good understanding of Exchange Federation Directory Synchronization and Identity federation between Exchange servers at onpremises and M365.
- Possesses broad knowledge base of Microsoft 365 technical architecture and the inter dependencies with other enterprise services in Microsoft 365
- Good knowledge in troubleshooting mail flow related issues.
- Experience with implementation/configuration of M365 messaging and collaboration tools including Exchange Hybrid.
- Experience with onpremise Active Directory Azure Active Directory and Hybrid deployments.
- Implementation of advanced functions of M365 Security and Compliance center Microsoft Federation Integration with Office 365 Azure
- Administration of advanced functions of M365 Security and Compliance center Microsoft Federation Integration with Office 365 Azure and Identity Management. and Identity Management.
- Manage problem resolution to a satisfactory completion by keeping abreast of assigned tickets and following the proper escalation processes via ticketing system.
- Familiar with application monitoring tools reviewing log files and be available on occasion for off hours emergency support for critical applications/upgrade.
