About the Role:
In this exciting role you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand Bayfields presence within the HORECA and QSR sectors. You will build strong relationships with key decisionmakers identify new business opportunities and drive significant revenue growth. This leadership position will also play a pivotal role in building a robust channel network and spearheading the digital transformation of our sales and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to target HORECA and QSR customers across India.
  • Create and implement a strategy to build a channel partner network across India identifying recruiting and managing distributors to expand market reach.
  • Identify and qualify new leads conducting indepth market research and analysis.
  • Build strong relationships with key decisionmakers including chefs procurement managers and food service distributors.
  • Present Bayfields product portfolio and value proposition effectively negotiating and closing deals.
  • Lead the digitalization drive of the organization in sales and marketing activities. This may include tasks such as implementing a CRM system developing online marketing campaigns and utilizing digital sales tools.
  • Oversee sales activities setting and achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity adapting strategies as needed.
  • Prepare insightful reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing production and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Food Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the food industry preferably in the HORECA or QSR segments.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business development goals.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across India.
  • Indepth knowledge of the HORECA and QSR industry dynamics in India.
  • Understanding of food trends and customer needs within the HORECA and QSR sectors a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Experience building and managing channel partner networks (highly preferred).
  • Experience with digital marketing and sales enablement tools (highly preferred).
  • Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
