Deputy Director of Anaesthesia

The Role:
Senior Specialist/Consultant Anaesthetist - We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Director of Anaesthesia who will be responsible for assisting the Clinical Director to.

• Provide a high-quality clinical service as part of the Anaesthetic Department
• Educate medical staff, students, and nursing staff.
• Actively participate in patient safety, audit, research, and service planning activities

Total remuneration value up to $514,074 p.a

This is a 305-bed facility and is the main referral hospital for the region, it s a newly established building boasting state of the art medical equipment.

To be successful in this role you must have:
MBBS or equivalent eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia Registration or eligibility for registration as a Specialist in Anaesthesia with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Authority (AHPRA).
This will require Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA).
