As a Full Stack Developer specializing in Node.js and React.js at
MoLabs you will play a key role in designing developing and
maintaining scalable web applications. You will work closely with our
crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality software solutions that
meet our clients needs. We are seeking a motivated individual with a
passion for technology and a track record of building innovative web
applications.

Tasks

• Collaborate with product managers designers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
• Design and develop robust and scalable web applications using Node.js for the back end and React.js for the front end.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and external services to support the applications functionality.
• Write clean efficient and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct thorough testing debugging and performance optimization to ensure the reliability and security of the applications.
• Work closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of user interfaces with backend logic.
• Participate in code reviews provide constructive feedback and mentor junior developers to promote best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends and proactively recommend innovative solutions to enhance our products and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js and React.js demonstrated through previous projects or work experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and its ecosystem including ES6/ES7 npm and modern frameworks/libraries (Node.js React.js).
• Experience with serverside development using Node.js including frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS.
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML5 CSS3 and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL) ORM libraries and RESTful API design principles.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).
• Strong problemsolving skills attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
