Job Description:

1. Designing New Products:
   • Detailed product design.
   • Specifying and inputting into SAP system.
   • Requesting prototype production if necessary.
   • Collaborating with Marketing to develop product documentation.
2. Improving Existing Products:
   • Gathering feedback from departments and customers during product usage.
   • Identifying reasons and proposing improvements for the product.
   • Updating specifications and inputting into SAP system.
3. Pricing:
   • Coordinating with the sales department to provide pricing for new projects.
   • Contacting customers for additional indepth information.
   • Seeking partners for system refinement collaboration.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in at least one 3D graphic design software is required. Specifically AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency is mandatory.
3. Ability to creatively solve technical problems with multiple design solutions.
4. Strong analytical skills and high level of creativity in problemsolving.
5. Minimum of 3 years experience in designing and producing equipment for the feed industry such as bins buckets conveyors screw feeders chain conveyors floor machines etc. Proficient in understanding the technology capabilities of machines like Dehullers Retentioners Conditioners Pellet Presses Coolers Mixers Scales etc.
6. Demonstrates a proactive attitude is not afraid of confrontation and has a high level of pragmatism.
