We are looking for Hydraulic Integration EngineerChennai Onsite with 3 to 8 Yrs of Experience for our esteemed client for Chennai Location.
Key Skills: Creo Creo simulation Team centre Hydraulic Cylinder

Roles and Responsibilities
As a Senior Engineer you will be working Hydraulics system installation of various large mining products (Mining truck Wheel TractorScraper Wheel loader Articulated truck Underground truck & loader)
You will have the opportunity to direct and contribute to the concept development and design of complex components subsystems or processes while strengthening your analytical skills and mastery of engineering concepts.
You will partner with and provide technical guidance to global teams. You will contribute to the planning and delivery of projects continually learn and stay abreast of innovative technology mentor and coach team members and broaden your professional network.
You will lead NPI projects responsible to deliver PQVC targets (People Quality Velocity & Cost) Maintain the Product Health through resolving 12MIS/2MIS CPI issues will be involved in regional supplier development and support aftermarket/mine site services.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited institution.
Minimum 5 years work experience in Hydraulic design cylinder design preferred.
2 to 4 years experience using a 3D modelling program required Creo 4.0 latest version preferred.
Expertise in designing modelling and drafting the Hydraulic cylinders and components.
Should be able to do design calculations independently required for Hydraulic cylinders.
Should have experience in selecting seals materials. Should have knowledge of interfaces with other engineering disciplines in carrying out project work for providing /receiving/ reviewing the deliverables at various stages of project.
Fluency in both spoken and written English required.
Must be able to manage own workload and commitments.
