Assistant Brand Manager

Key objectives:

• Assist in the execution of marketing plans to deliver commercial targets
• Coordinate effectively with cross functions to ensure OTIF delivery of operational tasks in alignment with marketing strategy of the assigned brand(s)
  

1. Requirements:
The employee must meet the following minimum job requirements to successfully perform the job:

• Education: Bachelor degree in related fields
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in brand marketing in FMCG preferably in MNCs
• Skills:
• Good problem solving stakeholder management and project management skills
• Strong business mindset and analytical thinking

3. Job Description:

• Closely monitor/ analyze sales market share and competitor activities to recommend commercial actions
• Assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives
• Coordinate with cross functions to implement activities effectively & OTIF
• Assist in coordination with Sales departments to deliver winning portfolio (pricing barrier breaking renovation and innovation) and maximize distribution instore activities
• Manage marketing budget and expenditures
• Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
