Senior Finance Manager - ABA Cooltrans

ROLE PURPOSE

The Head of Finance & Accounting will report directly to the Managing Director and encompass the following responsibilities:

• Evaluate the organizations financial performance to business objectives budgets and longterm operating forecasts.
• Plan implement manage and administer all financial and accounting activities of the firms and member firms including business planning budgeting forecasting and negotiation maintaining investor relations financial institutions and partnership compliance.
• Identify acquire and implement systems and software to provide critical financial and operational information.
• Create and establish financial and accounting systems processes tools and control systems to improve the internal management system throughout the Company ensuring proper accounting records provisions of Law and Company Regulations
• Establish internal management reporting systems and analytical reports on performance indicators business efficiency and operations to provide complete and essential information to support the Board of Directors decisionmaking process
• Develop effective reporting systems and manage cash flow effectively to ensure both financial stability in production and business activities and the provision of necessary resources to support business growth and success.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Strategic financial planning and execution

• Develop short medium and longterm financial strategies to achieve the companys goals and safeguard investor interests.
• Conduct management reporting and internal analysis systems to meet the specific demands of the companys financial operations.

2. Culture and Team Development

• Actively engage in company projects on cultural transformation and employee engagement through influencing and setting examples for others.
• Cultivate and develop initiatives to integrate core values and corporate culture within the accounting and finance department.
• Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in financial operations to increase team efficiency

3. Operations & Project Management

• Oversee the identification development and execution of business initiatives new projects and service offerings.
• Effectively manage the Companys cash flow to avoid lack of ability to pay due debts and optimize the Companys financial indicators in valuation and financial investment.
• Supervise the financial aspects of ongoing and planned projects providing timely financial recommendations for improved efficiency.
• Lead the estimation and budgeting process for the entire Company ensuring consistent monitoring and control across all departments.
• Uphold high service standards and positive attitudes among accounting purchasing and data personnel to ensure the success of employees and related departments working with the Finance and Accounting Department
• Resolve incidents and issues arising in the department while fulfilling additional responsibilities according to the Companys assignment regulations.
• Nurture relationships with banks and key investment partners.

4. Policy & System Management

• Establish standardized reporting and measurement procedures for Accounting and Finance.
• Utilize technology to oversee operational data within the Accounting and Finance department.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting or related fields (Masters degree is preferred)
• Must have Chief Accountant Certificate. CPA CFA CFA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Have 78 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years managing the Finance & Accounting Department
• Experience in working with auditors internal controls and compliancerelated issues.
• Adept in business law investment and transportation particularly within the cold storage industry with a track record of collaborating with domestic and international investors and credit institutions.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
