As a Worldwide company we are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Human Resources (HR) Analyst to join our HR team. Te purpose of this role is to screen onboard and adminsitrate Trainers and Auditors within USA to be part of our company as subcontractors having them doing auditings and training sesions in our behalf and evaluating them at the end through a survey tool.
Requirements
- Advanced English skills (Don t apply if you are intermediate or Basic)
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in an HR analytical role or similar.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office especially Excel.
