As a ServiceNow Developer you will be responsible for diagnosing and isolating issues through testing and working to develop workarounds and/or fixes for systemrelated issues. Additionally you will analyze system processes and develop enhancements to ensure optimal user experience and general system usability. • Handson experience in configuring Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies UIScripts UI Actions UI Pages Script Includes Access Control Lists complex workflows and solution migration to higher environments.
  
• Handson experience with ITSM SPM and CSM ServiceNow modules preferred.
  
• Experience with Integration Hub Service Bridge ITOM and ITAM desirable.
  
• Proficiency with JavaScript CSS HTML XML Angular RESTful etc.
  
• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM V3 processes
  
• Experience working with Web Services technologies such as SOAP and REST around APIs ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer preferred.

• Be well versed with the application deployment and configuration baselines and understanding of how the application environment operates in a secure environment and how exceptions are handled during operations.
  
• Diagnose and isolate issues through testing and work to develop workarounds and/or fixes for systemrelated issues.
  
• Analyze system processes and develop enhancements to ensure user experience and general system usability.
  
• Analyze and validate data for successful migration between environments.
  
• Process and prepare data for uploads to systems during migrations.
  
• Work with architects and analysts on related projects including service automation and platform integration support.
  
• Ensure appropriate approvals for any process change maintaining the usability of the data being migrated.
  
• Demonstrate good judgment and a pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs business constraints and technological realities.
