Job Description: Under the supervision of the Supervisor Marketing Operations the project manager is responsible for the planning and execution of provider projects. This position will help manage provider bios on the website bio development for physician outreach manage provider review platforms and oversee provider and facility listings. The provider project manager collaborates across the marketing department and serves as a key point of contact for providers in priority business units.

Responsibilities:

Provider website bio management: Manage incoming requests respond to provider inquiries and facilitate requests for more information. Project manage bio request through multiple systems and deliver completed bio to web team to author changes in the CMS.

Provider bio card management: Facilitate requests to produce a bio card for physician outreach.

Provider review management: Manage reviews platforms (provider enrollments optouts performance report outs and program scaling) respond to inquiries and manage review response and escalations in partnership with Patient Relations.

Provider and facility listing management: Manage provider and facility listings in Yext (data updates from CMS to Yext) to ensure accuracy performance report outs and respond to inquiries.

Experience in healthcare and project management platforms required. Experience with Jira Workfront Press Ganey and Yext preferred.
