The RN will delegate those interventions which may be performed by others supervises as appropriate assists in maintaining a safe environment for the rendering of effective nursing care provides education to patients families and collaborates with other health professionals in the planning an management of health care.C2 is a fastpaced 31bed unit serving a primarily geriatric population.BLS certification required Staff must be trained and able to demonstrate competency in the application of restraints implementation of seclusion monitoring assessment and providing care for a patient in restraint or seclusion. to ensure competency has been validated by the agency employing the staff member1year previous nursing experience preferred
