Role: Human Capital Business Partner

Gulf Researcher is a leading research firm in the Middle East, providing bespoke and on-demand research for its clients spanning various domains. With our headquarters in Bahrain.

This position is responsible for Human Capital Business Partnership and some Human Capital Generalist activities including onboarding, performance management, Human Capital initiatives, talent development, employee engagement, employee relations, and Human Capital automation. A key part of the role will be to strengthen the culture to ensure that the employees live by and apply the values. The role will require to work from our Bahrain office.

Key responsibilities but not limited to the following include :

  • Support the recruitment, onboarding and induction of new hires and interns
  • Drive Human Capital interventions around key people processes (performance management, learning and development, rewards & recognition etc.)
  • Organize initiatives to drive engagement, culture development, retention and collaboration. Contribute to building a high-efficiency work environment and culture
  • Conduct engagement and pulse surveys to identify areas of improvement and bringing in best practices
  • Support growth & learning of people through capability & competency development programs
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Manage employee relations including compliances, disciplinary and performance matters
  • Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary
  • Strengthen the employer brand by marketing the company culture on social media and other platforms, and developing internal brand ambassadors

The successful candidate should have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of personal integrity.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Be innovative and creative in thinking
  • Bachelors or a Masters’ qualification with specialization in HR
  • 2-5 years of experience as HRBP in Business and / or Corporate HR.
  • Prior experience in a consulting organization will be an added advantage.
  • Highly proficient on Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams, Sharepoint & Microsoft Outlook)
