Marketing assistantanalyst II

JOB TITLE: Marketing Automation Assistant/Analyst II

A resource who has basic to intermediate level of working within Oracle Eloqua or other Marketing Automation or email marketing tools. This person would work collaboratively and should have basic experience with key functions including building landing page and email assets importing and exporting data to build segments and creating campaigns. This role will consist of approx. 75% requestbased work and 25% projectbased work. It would be very helpful if this person had some technical experience using HTML JavaScript graphics and video tools and remote collaboration tools (Zoom MS Teams Google Meet etc.)

Desired skillset:
Previous use of Marketing Automation or email marketing tools (Eloqua Marketo Hubspot Pardot Constant Contact MailChimp etc). (Required)
Create landing pages and emails from visual based tools (WYSIWYG)
o HTML other technical experience is a plus.
Basic image and graphics editing experience work (crops resizing for online use).
Basic experience with MS Office tools (PowerPoint Excel Word)
o Examples include: ability to navigate office software tools for manipulating data creating basic slides to communicate visual concepts working with tracked changes in MS Word).
This is considered a remote role with preference given to matching skillset over physical location. (North American time zones are preferred.)
Verbal and written communication skills negotiation skills customer service and interpersonal skills. (Required)

Education/Experience:
o Typically has a Bachelors degree or equivalent training and experience with media digital marketing communications and metrics reporting.
o 24 years related experience. (Required)
Responsibility level:
o Exercises moderate independent judgment with direction from supervisor.
o Basic ability to work independently and manage ones time. (Required)
