Required Skills:
35 years of experience with the ServiceNow suite of applications and ServiceNow QA experience
Knowledge of software testing tools and processes including developing repeatable test procedures executing tests and working with software engineers to identify and resolve defects
Experience implementing ATF and setting up test scripts with ServiceNow
Ability to analyze business requirements and support user acceptance testing
Strong time management skills and ability to work independently and multitask
Ability to obtain a security clearance
BA or BS degree
