Your day to day
The Kitchen Technician is responsible to assist in providing the below task;
- Carry out repairs, maintenance and other kitchen works as directed by the Shift-In charge
- Complete work orders, Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) orders and Contract Work Authorisations (CWA) as directed
- Select correct materials from the engineering stores
- Organise work in a skilled and professional manner
- Advise supervisor colleagues promptly of any problems or failures
- Ensure safe working conditions for yourself and your colleagues and report any unsafe working conditions to senior colleagues
