ABOUT THE POSITION
Summary
We are seeking a Client Solutions Manager to join our team and make a meaningful contribution to the legal industry. In this role you will be integral to our mission of identifying and engaging potential clients transforming leads into prospects or potential new clients (PNC). Your responsibilities will encompass managing the team of Client Solutions Specialist building out the CNS sales process email campaigns and more. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining sales dashboards reporting analytics and digital marketing campaigns within our Sales Force platforms. You will also be responsible for daytoday management of the Client Solutions team making sure Individual and team KPI are tracked and on pace. Additionally you will be involved in special projects generating reports and support various administrative aspects of our sales and marketing endeavors.
