Salary: 30000 per annum Performance Bonus

Are you an exceptional leader with a passion for swimming and a knack for driving commercial success Were currently seeking a Swim Manager to join an outstanding leisure brand in South East London. As the Swim Manager you will oversee all aspects of the swim program within the leisure centre including commercial operations sales programming and team management. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 2 Swim Teaching Qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of swim teachers providing training development opportunities and conducting performance reviews to ensure high standards of teaching and customer service.

• Handle swimrelated inquiries meet sales targets and optimise timetable efficiency to achieve centre objectives focusing on providing exceptional customer service and minimising waitlists.

• Utilise your industry expertise to enhance the swim programs effectiveness by tracking measuring and reporting on customer demands demographics and program performance. Foster positive relationships with local Swimming Clubs and Authority Sports Development Teams.

• Promote the swim program through various marketing channels including social media and outreach initiatives. Maintain strong communication channels with site teams Regional and National Aquatic teams and centre & contract managers.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in swim management or supervision.
• A Level 2 Swim Teaching qualification or equivalent.
• First Aid at Work certification (desirable but not essential).
• Knowledge of lifeguard safety skills aquatic event management and water safety.
• A passion for the leisure industry a drive to succeed and a commitment to growing the swim program.
