About the Role

Designation : Performance Marketing (Marketplaces)

Responsibilities:

1. Marketplace Performance Strategy:

  • Develop and execute robust performance marketing strategies tailored

for various marketplaces to enhance brand visibility drive traffic and

increase sales.

  • Create and manage PPC campaigns including keyword research ad

copy creation bidding strategies and budget allocation ensuring

maximum ROI.

2. Campaign Management and Optimization:

  • Monitor analyze and optimize campaign performance metrics (CTR

CPC conversion rates etc.) to achieve set KPIs and targets.

  • Implement A/B testing and datadriven optimizations to enhance

campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

3. Relationship Management with Marketplaces:

  • Foster strong relationships with key marketplace platforms (MyntraAmazon Flipkart etc.) to explore new opportunities stay updated on platform updates and leverage promotional features for brand visibility.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Generate comprehensive reports showcasing campaign performance

traffic metrics and actionable insights for continuous improvement.

  • Utilize datadriven insights to recommend and implement strategic

adjustments to maximize marketing impact.

5. Collaboration and Crossfunctional Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as brand management e

commerce and analytics to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.

  • Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure cohesive and compelling messaging across marketplace campaigns.

Background and Requirements

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing Business Administration or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 1 years of experience in performance marketing roles focused on marketplaces like Myntra Amazon or Flipkart; experience in the fashion Industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing PPC campaigns including keyword research bid management and performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools ad platforms and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
