Job Skills and Responsibilities:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Design or related field.
• Proven experience (10 years) working as a UI/UX designer and developer with a focus on Salesforce platform.
• Proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and relevant UI frameworks/libraries.
• Indepth knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) Visualforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce customization/configuration capabilities.
• Strong understanding of UX principles usercentered design methodologies and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Salesforce Certified Administrator are a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into compelling UI designs and solutions within the Salesforce environment.
• Design and customize user interfaces using Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) Visualforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other relevant technologies.
• Develop responsive and accessible UI components and layouts that align with industry best practices and standards.
• Implement customizations enhancements and integrations to optimize user experience and streamline business processes.
• Conduct usability testing gather feedback and iterate on designs to continuously improve the Salesforce UI.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features UI/UX trends and design tools to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers administrators and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of UI enhancements.
• Provide guidance support and training to internal teams on Salesforce UI design principles and best practices.
