Client Services Administrator

Ground Control is a dynamic and growing company that is committed to leaving the world in a better place than we found it. We are currently seeking a motivated and detailoriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Administrator.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient support for both internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include answering phones providing firstline phone support managing the inbox and handling various queries. This role demands a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a fastpaced environment.

What you will achieve:

• Take ownership of the system inbox allocating tasks to yourself and other team members within the same working day.
• Answer firstline queries from internal and external sources ensuring 95% of calls are answered.
• Perform ongoing system maintenance.
• Act on queries within a 72 hour time frame.
• Support account managers in extra works conversion.
• Update client portals.
• Take minutes during meetings.
• Assist with invoicing.

Who we are looking for:

Overall we are looking for a positive dynamic individual to join our existing team but would particularly welcome applications from individuals with the following:

• Previous administrative and customer service experience in a fastpaced environment.
• Good phone manner with experience in answering high volumes of calls.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Resilient and able to maintain a positive outlook under pressure.
• Intermediate MicrosoftExcel skills.
• Experience with D365 is desirable
