Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in a related area
5 years of experience with relational databases clientserver concepts and web site development
Expert knowledge of ESRI GIS software and technologies
Expert skills in JavaScript ArcGIS API for JavaScript and Python
Experience in cartography (desired)
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs Web Services and/or JSON services
Strong SQL knowledge
