Job Description
Position: System Administrator
Location: Rockville MD Richmond VA Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Creation and configuration of Systrack Tenant (cloud) preparation of Systrack packages integration with ServiceNOW designing use cases creating dashboards deployment of packages troubleshooting.
- Integrating SysTrack with Azure AD Intune and ServiceNow
- Use SysTrack dashboard to provide the analytical results.
- Proactively monitor the alarms and alerts from SysTrack
- Manage the end user services by monitoring the SysTrack
- Monitor the SysTrack portal on daily basis to identify any small to major issues and check the impacts.
- Designing and Implementing SysTrack
