Customer Service Inbound II Bilingual

We are hiring a Customer Service Inbound II (Bilingual) for one of our clients in Hamilton NJ.

Job Description:

• Handle incoming Medicaid Hotline calls.
• Must be bilingual.
• Answering Medicaid clients questions
• Making referrals to other Medicaid units
• Looking up Medicaid clients eligibility
• Keep updated on changes to Medicaid policies and guidelines.

• Bilingual

• Call Center Experience
• Customer Service Experience
• Basic Computer Knowledge
• BiLingual Spanish/English
• Phone Skills

Work hours:

• 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Lunch period: 12:00 PM 1:00 PM (Unpaid)
