We look forward to your application as Project Lead (m/w/d) Quality Assurance for our newest product at CHECK24 Vergleichsportal Explorer GmbH in Erfurt.

Tasks

• Extend and improve on and participate in current product management testing
• Develop automation roadmap including tool selection
• Implement quality assurance automation and continuously improve
• Challenge the status quo especially regarding processes and routines
• Define need and assist recruitment of additional staff for Quality Assurance roles
• Develop personally into a leadership or expert role on Quality Assurance

Requirements

• Handson experience with strong quality awareness in software testing for Backend and Frontend
• Demonstrated success in setting up smooth and customer oriented Quality Assurance processes balancing development speed and quality goals
• Clear vision for managing and implementing transition from initial mostly manual testing to automated quality assurance on integrated environments
• Fluent in English (C1 level) and good German skills (B1 level) are welcomed
• ISTQB certification is ideal but not mandatory
• Courage to fill in the gaps if not all of the above qualifications are met
