Talent Acquisition Intern - Procure FinTech mfd

Were looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and support its Talent Acquisition strategies.

In your daytoday work you will have the opportunity to gain handson experience in the recruitment process and support the HR team in attracting sourcing and engaging top talent and get to contribute to various projects.

The companys mission is to unlock the vast potential of crossborder supply for the Western Market by providing global access to highquality products through their innovative platform. Since the launch in January 2022 the firm has operated discreetly with no public profile or media coverage while it has already successfully served hundreds of companies.

In this role youll:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels including job boards social media platforms (LinkedIn Xing) and professional networks
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications interest and fit for specific roles
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring a seamless recruitment process
• Support the maintenance of the applicant tracking system (ATS) by updating candidate profiles status changes and interview feedback
• Assist in drafting compelling job descriptions and posting them on relevant job boards and platforms
• Participate in recruitment events such as career fairs or campus recruiting activities to promote the company and engage with potential candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers in different teams (Growth Procurement Tech)

Your Profile

• Enrolled in a University and/ or you are a fresh business graduate
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR or talent acquisition
• Possess excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal. German skills are a plus
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Previous experience in fast paced or highly competitive environments

Please note that were looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work in the EU is required.
