Job Responsibilities:

• Perform BMS preventative maintenance on aircondition systems
  
• Understanding of Heat Pump
  
• Understanding of refrigeration principles
  
• Multi story buildings/Building Services experience or exposure preferred
  
• Good understanding and working knowledge of BMS systems
  
• Identify faults through analysis
  
• Observant operator
  
• Critical thinking
  
• Someone who has a trades background with previous onsite experience and happy to conduct remote work
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician
  
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning refrigeration and heating.
  
• Excellent written verbal and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
  
• You must have your own equipment (Laptop/Desktop) stable internet connection since this is a permanent working from home.
