Job Description
Good Tree International School a Christian educational institution located in the Philippines is looking to hire a dedicated and experienced Guidance Counselor. We are committed to nurturing our students to be learners today leaders tomorrow and we need a professional who shares this vision and can provide necessary guidance and support to our students.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students with academic personal and developmental issues.
- Collaborate with teachers parents and school staff to create a safe and productive learning environment.
- Develop and implement schoolwide counseling programs and initiatives.
- Provide career and educational guidance.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Guidance and Counseling Psychology or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Guidance Counselor in a school setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong ethical standards and an understanding of confidentiality.
- Ability to uphold the Christian values of our school.
