Regional Retail Manager UK & Ireland
Location Dublin Ireland (Head Office)
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to fill the role of Retail Manager for the UK & Ireland. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional who is eager to take on new challenges and drive the development of this retail function in the region. As the Retail Manager you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team fostering their growth and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) across the retail function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead coach and challenge the retail team to maximize their potential and deliver outstanding results.
Take ownership of the retail function in the UK & Ireland driving strategies to enhance performance and exceed targets.
Regularly travel within the UK and Europe to oversee retail operations and support regional teams.
Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive collaboration and achieve business objectives.
Take a proactive approach to problemsolving prioritising actions and putting the customer first in all decisionmaking processes.
Work independently to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions through the retail team.
Maintain a helicopter view of the retail landscape staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
Ensure adherence to company policies procedures and standards across all retail operations.
WHAT WE REQUIRE...
Previous experience in a leadership role within the retail sector ideally at a regional or national level.
Strong coaching and motivational skills with a proven ability to inspire and develop teams.
Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of driving performance and achieving KPIs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously make informed decisions and deliver tangible outcomes.
Strategic thinker with the capacity to take a holistic view of the business and prioritise initiatives accordingly.
Willingness to travel regularly and adapt to changing work environments.
