We are currently on the lookout for a Personal Assistant who can bring organization and efficiency to our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing schedules coordinating meetings and handling daytoday administrative tasks all while upholding our commitment to excellence and sustainability in the building construction industry.

Tasks

  • Manage and prioritize the executives calendar scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the executive
  • Prepare and edit correspondence reports and presentations
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the executive
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the building construction industry
