Overview:

The Sales and Marketing Manager/Executive plays a crucial role in driving the companys revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans. They are responsible for leading the sales and marketing teams identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives
  • Lead motivate and guide the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed targets
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and consumer preferences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients partners and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the product development and management teams to ensure alignment between sales/marketing activities and product offerings
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to optimize performance and ROI
  • Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports to the senior management team
  • Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitors activities
  • Participate in the development of pricing and sales strategies
  • Drive the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Oversee the development of marketing collateral promotional materials and product documentation
  • Negotiate and finalize deals contracts and partnerships with clients and suppliers
  • Manage the sales and marketing budget effectively
  • Set sales and marketing targets and ensure their achievement
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing with a focus on B2B or B2C products/services
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to think critically and make strategic decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Highly organized and detailoriented
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
  • Willingness to travel as necessary
