Warehouse Supervisor

Zigsaw is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to ensure the effective and efficient operations of our warehouse facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory and storage areas overseeing warehouse staff and communicating with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally they will be required to minimize the risk of theft manage inventory transactions and identify areas of improvement to enhance overall warehouse performance.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient receiving identifying and dispatching of goods
• Measure and report warehousing activities effectiveness and employee performance
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas
• Ensure accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions
• Communicate job expectations and coach employees
• Design and implement Barcode Management Information System
• Minimize the risk of theft and maintain a scrapfree warehouse
• Determine staffing levels and workload assignments
• Interface with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues
• Maintain and document items record and necessary information
• Identify areas of improvement and implement innovative work procedures
• Coordinate activities with other departments

Education/Experience:
Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
Handson commitment to getting the job done
Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
