We are proud of our achievements in the real estate industry touching on construction finishing and maintenance and we seek to add qualified individuals to manage the completed estates allocated to clients for occupancy he/she wear our value represents the customer needs and work professionally to ensure the estates are running smoothly without disruption or impediments. A good knowledge of administrative skills people skills problem solving skills technical skill or background is needed to deliver on a high competence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Process ownership The facility manager owns and manages the entire work process for an assigned estate building or space and this includes process improvements and so on.
Supervision Oversees all aspects of an estate s function and guarantees the safety of the facility being managed.
Timely resolution Must be proactive and very prompt to respond to clients needs.
Ability to feature in a multidimensional structure The facility manager must have the ability to work with vendors contractors and other assigned personnel in his/her line of delivery.
Must be a high achiever Ability to take initiative manage staffs assigned to him/her run routine checks for safety ensure correspondence with vendors maintaining records and so on.
REQUIREMENTS.
At least a minimum of a second class lower or any relevant certificate on facility management.
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the field.
At least a minimum of a second class lower or any relevant certificate on facility management.
Have great Logical analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Possess a consciousness of quality and customer satisfaction
Written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of office tools.
Technical or field experience is a must.
