Job Title: Instructional Designer

Location: Santa Clara CA

Duration: 12 Months

Job Summary:

As an Instructional Designer you will use adult instructional design principles and processes to support internal and external learning programs.
You will be responsible for:
Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content
Working with subject matter experts to identify learner training needs and content.
Creating and maintaining a library of clinical case examples from video and presentation materials
Setting instructional end goals and creating content that matches them.
Visualizing and creating instructional graphics the user interface and the finished product
Analyzing and applying trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
Creating exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
Creating supporting material/media (audio video simulations games etc.)
Devising modes of assessment such as tests or quizzes to measure the effectiveness of the course.
Maintaining project documentation and course folders
Documenting standards and development process including testing and quality assurance.
Supporting and maintaining Professional Education curricula.
