- Strong understanding of wireless/baseband signal processing concepts.
- Previous experience with at least one OFDMbased commercial wireless technology (e.g. WiMAX WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax LTE 5G).
- Proficient in 4G/5G Layer1 development and 3GPP specifications.
- Handson expertise in 4G/5G Layer1 development on a GPP or DSP; experience with Intel FlexRAN is preferred.
- Familiarity with LPHY and radio fundamentals.
- Experience with test equipment such as VSA and VSG.
- Ability to analyze issues during radio integration.
- Excellent communication skills.
