Ensure statistical reports and data (from clinical risk key performance indicators, incident reports, sentinel events, claims, and complaints) are generated regularly to monitor compliance with the clinical risk program. Improvement action plans are implemented and monitored. Benchmark against the global best practices is performed. Work with subject-matter experts to implement system-wide risk reduction strategies and put forth recommendations to improve performance and patient safety. Recommend / lead clinical risk-related audits to identify and address clinical risks and monitor compliance with relevant policies / standards, Recommend / lead performance improvement projects / initiatives based on clinical risk data. Identify policies, procedures, plans, guidelines, etc. required for the establishment and implementation of the clinical risk management program. Development of policies, procedures, plans, guidelines, etc. in line with international best practice, based on organizational requirements / risk data. Coordinate the administrative and operational activities within the department. Continuously liaise and collaborate with counterparts across the group in order to promote knowledge sharing and improvement. Advise and train group staff on identifying and managing clinical risks to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of patients.
