Red Ember Recruitment is searching for a Learning and Development Facilitator to join our client based in Bryanston.
As the Learning and Development Facilitator your responsibility will be advancing the skills and knowledge of staff developing manuals and online courses and any other training that may be required.

Requirements
- Matric qualification
- Diploma/Degree
- Facilitate learning using a variety of methodologies (Level 5 15 Credits) or conduct targeting training and development using given methodologies (Level 4 10 credits)
- Minimum 5 years experience with at least 4 being in a Senior role
- Sound geographical knowledge of SA and Africa
- Must have the ability to be flexible to meet the needs of Operations
- South African Citizen
