Your Role
We are hiring a juniorlevel CQV Engineer to support our requalification projects. Successful candidates should be familiar with temperature mapping demonstrate a strong drive to learn and possess a strong analytical and technical aptitude.
- Plan and execute requalification activities for range of equipment including but not limited to Kaye equipment autoclaves and incubators.
- Develop and maintain requalification protocols and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and effective requalification of equipment.
- Support temperature mapping studies for controlled environments. Analyze temperature mapping data to identify and address any temperature excursions or deviations.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of requalification activities temperature mapping studies and associated documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings recommendations and corrective actions.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with cGMP FDA and other relevant standards.
- Additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in related engineering discipline.
- 13 years of experience in qualification requalification and/or validation engineering within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Experienced and familiar with temperature mapping.
- Experience working with equipment such as incubators and autoclaves.
- Understanding of cGMP FDA regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Therefore we value candidates who are willing and able to travel as needed for project assignments and client engagements. The ability to adapt to different locations cultures and work environments is essential as it allows our team members to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues nationally.
