Senior Automation Developer

What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $80 to $95.
6month contract.
Fulltime (37.50 hours per week).
Work schedule from 8 am to 4 pm.
Remote work with occasional office visits as needed.

Responsibilities:
Advance enabling technologies for Automation Data & Analytics DevOps API and Digital Assets for both incloud and onpremises Contact Center services and technologies.
Develop and deploy automation data mining analytics visualizations dashboards and reporting for operational and stakeholder use.
Collaborate with other technical teams to develop and deliver analytics and automation solutions for Contact Center Services.
What you will need to succeed:
Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or equivalent discipline.
5 years of experience in automation development.
Experience in Contact Center Infrastructure particularly with Amazon Connect and AWS.
Solid understanding of workflowbased logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.
Passion and thought leadership for innovation and automation.
Willingness and ability to blend business analysis with handson configuration and development of automated solutions.
Understanding of enterprise methodologies such as ITIL CMMI and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Proficiency in Cloud Technologies with a focus on AWS (80%) Azure (15%) and familiarity with other cloud platforms (5%).
Experience with DevOps Tools such as Jira and GitHub.
Proficiency in Automation Tools including Ansible CloudFormation and Terraform.
Proficient in Coding Languages such as Python and JavaScript.
Solid business and technical acumen with demonstrated agility in learning and ability to become comfortable with unfamiliar business areas or technologies.
Strong relationship management and consulting skills.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
