HR- Assistant

HR Administration:

• Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records including attendance leave balances and personnel files.
  
• Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company guidelines.
  

• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns providing timely and effective resolution or escalation when necessary.
  
• Support employee engagement initiatives and activities to enhance morale and teamwork within the plant.
  

Training and Development:

• Coordinate training programs and initiatives to support employee development and skill enhancement.
  
• Track training completion and maintain training records for reporting and compliance purposes.
  

Health and Safety Compliance:

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the plant environment.
  
• Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and procedures and participate in safety training initiatives.
