- Create and implement a top-tier immersive programming strategy that caters to the needs and interests of our community members, aiming to propel their career advancement to new heights.
- Lead on the execution of a programming calendar, spearheading everything from workshops and webinars to hackathons and networking sessions, from inception to flawless execution.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with industry leaders, tech organizations, and influencers to enhance the value proposition of community events.
- Host events, interview speakers and be the face of our online events.
- Contribute to building a sticky community by taking ownership of community engagement metrics such as event attendance, CSAT, NPS, and Churn Rate, all aimed at scaling up engagement within the ALX Fellowship community.
