Job Title: Client Engagement Advisor Miners (Direct Engagement)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Calling existing customers and generating leads.
- Make calls to reach the right person/contact and fixing up of appointments with existing customers
- Ability to convert possible leads to qualified leads/opportunities.
- Prepare a plan to connect with the right contact person in the prospect s organization (i.e. who to target what to say rapport building frequency of calls etc.).
- Interacting with customers and addressing telephonic queries.
- Tapping new customers from existing databases.
- Approaching Entrepreneurs for Selling Entrepreneur Education Program/Motivational Talks.
- Generate/Develop New Sales.
- Achieve Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales targets.
- Interaction with all internal departments and customers to design negotiate and drive to close the deal.
- Accountable to develop implement and manage Business Development activities
- Updating CRM Daily Activity Report etc. on daily basis.
- Preparation of daily weekly and monthly reports
- To provide excellent customer services maintain customer satisfaction and increase customer loyalty.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the management

Preferred Industry
Preferably from service industry i.e. Loans/General Insurance or any other industry like Education/Exhibition who s client sourcing/base is Micro Small Medium Enterprise (MSME)

Technical Skills
- Should be good in Microsoft Word/excel reporting.
General Skills
- Good personality and communication ability
- Should sound very clear while talking/presenting word/excel/PPT presentation skills
- Should be very good at reading and writing
Qualifiers (Min. Criteria)
Min. Bachelors Degree (Along with a Diploma would be preferred/handy)
Desired Qualification:
- Should have exposure to sales tele marketing customer service
- Should be from western line only
- Should be willing to take lead generation target.
- Strong communication skills and capable of handling key accounts individually.
- Should be a team player with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Should be willing to work long hours and handle highpressure situations.
- Excellent oral written organization presentation and independent workload management skills.
- Should love to read and write.

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum graduation is required along with sales experience of 2 to 3 years. (BDM)
