The Talent Acquisition Administrator will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment strategy and ensuring the acquisition of toptier talent for our clients. This position requires a strategic thinker with a handson approach a deep understanding of the industry and the ability to build strong partnerships across the organization. The successful candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition a keen eye for identifying exceptional candidates and the ability to lead a highperforming recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Recruitment Planning:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs workforce planning and organizational goals.
Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters providing guidance support and performance feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and highperformance culture within the talent acquisition team.
Employer Branding:
  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to promote the company's values culture and career opportunities.
Partnership and Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers department heads and executives to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate with external partners such as universities job boards and industry networks.
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
  • Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job opportunities.
  • Engage with candidates to understand their career goals skills and motivations.
Screening and Assessment:
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings including phone and video interviews to assess qualifications experience and cultural fit.
  • Evaluate candidates' skills competencies and potential for success in the designated roles.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
Client Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs culture and specific requirements.
  • Present shortlisted candidates to clients highlighting their qualifications and aligning with client expectations.
  • Foster strong client relationships and serve as a trusted recruitment partner.
Interview Coordination and Feedback:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Gather feedback from both candidates and clients after interviews and provide insights to improve the selection process.
Datadriven Decision Making:
  • Utilize data and metrics to assess and improve recruitment processes ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on recruitment metrics and trends.
Diversity and Inclusion:
  • Drive initiatives to enhance diversity and inclusion within the talent acquisition process.
  • Implement best practices to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends market dynamics and talent landscapes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop highperforming teams.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering results in a fastpaced environment.
